In an advisory released by the Office of the Secretary-General, UST also announced that the classes for the second term will start on Jan. 25 instead of Jan. 18.

The University also reminded the community to accomplish the health declaration form in ThoMEDSS daily and to avail of all available services “to help us cope during these difficult times.”

“Let us continue helping one another as we overcome this latest phase in the ongoing health crisis. Stay safe and well, Thomasians!” UST said.

Meanwhile, the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and the Philippine Women’s University likewise suspended classes, citing the soaring number of COVID-19 cases.
