‘’Obviously, he has hired a PR firm to address his “ball handling” problem,’’ Lacson said.

He was referring to allegations that it was Duque who ‘’dropped the ball’’ when he failed to submit to Philippine negotiators a confidentiality agreement that led to the cessation of negotiations with Pfizer, a US pharmaceutical firm, for the delivery of vaccines to the Philippines early next year.

‘’I bet it won’t be the last funny, crazy act that he will be instructed to perform. Question is, who’s paying?’’ Lacson asked.

Lacson said Duque is all over the news lately after it was shown that Duque was holding a stick to personally measure distance between customers at a mall in BGC in Taguig city.

“Dapat po hindi bababa ng isang metro,” Duque reminded customers.
